Combining two simple blocks, the nine patch and snowball, creates a pattern that looks more complicated than it is.
This quilt was made with a jellyroll and coordinating yardage. The design is great for featuring all the fabrics in a single line.
But you can also achieve a scrappy look in this quilt by buying fabric in half-yard cuts. Using one neutral print will give the eye a place to rest and help tie all your fabrics together.
This quilt finishes 58-inches square.
