Stephanie designed the colorway of Vintage Hawaiian with Ultraviolet quilt pattern in mind. It looks fabulous in a dark neon rainbow, and she loves this variation on the pattern. Don’t let all those little diamonds fool you. You’ll be strip piecing this entire quilt top.
You’ll receive enough fabric to be able to center the motifs perfectly to make your block centers shine. The pattern also includes strip piecing, so the rest of the quilt can be put together quickly, and you’ll be able to snuggle under this limited edition kit of Ultraviolet featuring Vintage Hawaiian, Stephanie Soebbing’s first batik fabric collection for Riley Blake Designs.

Vintage Hawaiian combines Stephanie Soebbing of Quilt Addicts Anonymous’ love of mid-century modern with batik. The designs in Vintage Hawaiian draw on 1950s Hawaiian clothing purchased at Stephanie’s favorite antique shop Fred & Ethel’s. The colors though, are entirely modern, pushing batik to be as clear and neon as possible.
