My order is incorrect
If the error was our fault, such as we shipped you the wrong item or in the wrong quantity, then we will get you the correct item if we still have it in stock or send you a refund if the item is sold out. We will fix it and ship it at our expense.
If you made an error on your order, such as ordering the wrong quantity, the wrong item, then you may return items that are unused and uncut, such as pre-cuts that are undamaged and still in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping and we will send you a refund when the item is returned. Returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item to confirm it is eligible for a refund. Any cut items, such as fabric yardage, are not eligible for returns as it was cut specifically for you.
My order is damaged
Please email a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com and we’ll get it replaced at no cost to you. If we no longer have the item, we will refund the item. We must receive the emailed photo of the damaged item within one week of the item delivery to be eligible for a refund.
I changed my mind and don’t want my order
We do not accept returns or give refunds on pre-orders, backordered items, subscription club shipments, fabric yardage, patterns, books, items not in their original packaging or used items. If your item is unused and in its orginal packaging, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you will be eligible for a return.
If your item is eligible to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping and we will send you a refund when the item is returned. Returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date.
My item was shipped to the wrong address
If we shipped the item to an address that is not listed, in the shipping address section, then we will reship your order to the correct address at no cost to you. If we no longer have an item, you will receive a refund.
If the address entered in the shipping address is not correct, then we will attempt to reroute the package, but the order and its contents will not be eligible for a refund.
USPS or UPS lost my package
Please email email@example.com as soon as you believe the item has been lost. We will do our best to track it down. If the package cannot be located, then we will reship your order at no charge. If we no longer have an item, you will receive a refund.
The exception to this is if it can be confirmed the order was delivered to the address listed in the shipping address, then we will not replace the order or refund it.
