Rainbow Frosting is a fat quarterfied version of our popular Rainbow Layer Cake pattern. The original uses one 10-inch charm pack and 2 1/2-inch strip roll from the same line of fabric, which can be hard to find. So we reworked the measurements in order to make it fat quarter-friendly.
