This finishing kit for Stashin’ with Stephanie subscribers includes FIVE extra fat quarters to complete your Summer’s End collection plus background and binding fabric to complete the Tree Star quilt top.
There are THREE variations of Finishing Kits this month – A, B and C. If you received the A bundle at home, you will want to order the ‘A’ Lap Finishing Kit. If you got the B bundle at home, you will order the ‘B’ Lap Finishing Kit, and so on. Check the inside tag on your fabric bundle at home to see which one you need to order.
Tree Star uses the Clearview Triangle ruler, which can be purchased by clicking here.
When you add a finishing kit to your bundle, you will have enough fabric to complete the lap sized version of Tree Star. It’s only six blocks and goes super fast. And since the blocks are so big, the lap is 52 1/2 x 76 1/2-inches, so almost twin sized. You could easily make it bigger two ways ….
First, buy a finishing kit AND a full kit and you’ll have exactly what you need to make a full sized quilt measuring 80 by 99 1/2-inches.
Second, buy some extra yardage with your finishing kit and add some borders to make Tree Star twin-sized.
