Waxed Canvas is perfect to use in bag and garment projects. The wax makes is water resistant, so water droplets will bead on the surface instead of soaking into the fabric. The wax will create white lines were it is folded or creased. This can be removed with the heat of a hair dryer, or left alone to create a worn, weathered look.
Fabric is sold by the yard in 60″ widths. Use a jeans needle when sewing.
